LTV.SG is a Loan to Value (LTV) Calculator for anyone that wishes to see how much they can borrow to fund their property purchases in Singapore. All these factors affect how much a person or entity can borrow:

(1) Number of Outstanding Loans
(2) Age of Buyer
(3) Tenure of Loan
(4) Age of Borrower AFTER replaying loan
(5) If the property is bought by a person or corporation

The LTV calculator makes easy calculation by telling users:

(1) The Cash Needed to Fund the purchase
(2) The amount that can be borrowed
(3) The amount that can be used from their Central Provident Fund (CPF) account

Users can then SAVE, Name, and EMAIL their results.
